The second stream of the ‘Geula’ project has started: an international program for young women leaders

In Paris, the second stream of “Geula” — an international program aimed at preparing leaders among young women from Jewish diaspora communities — has begun. This year, the program has gathered 12 participants from the USA, Brazil, and France. The first stage takes place in the capital of France, Paris, and on May 27, the group will arrive in Israel, where they will continue their studies at Ben-Gurion University in Be’er Sheva. In Israel, participants will attend lectures, seminars, training sessions, meetings, and trips around the country.

The main goal of the program is to prepare a new generation of women leaders who will contribute to strengthening the ties between Jewish communities and Israel, as well as assist in making decisions about repatriation. The project was initiated by Marina Rozenberg Koritny, Head of the Department for Aliyah Promotion of the World Zionist Organization. The first program took place a year ago, and participants are selected on a competitive basis every year.
