Jewish communities in the Middle East and North Africa, which existed for more than two thousand years, virtually disappeared in the 20th century.

More than a hundred families of Israeli citizens who were killed or injured in the attacks on October 7th have filed a lawsuit against the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) in the District Court of New York (where the UN is registered).

While it’s winter in the Northern Hemisphere – for some, this means snow outside the window, for others, rainy days, as in Israel – summer reigns in South America.
