More than a hundred families of Israeli citizens who were killed or injured in the attacks on October 7th have filed a lawsuit against the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) in the District Court of New York (where the UN is registered).
Many students from the department’s ulpanim for the encouragement of Aliyah have proven their commitment to Israel and have lent a shoulder during times of war to the country, to the soldiers, and to the residents.
