The Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot ranked 71st and became the leader among Israeli universities. The Hebrew University of Jerusalem was in the 88th position, and the Technion — Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa — in the 97th.

This result once again confirms: Israel is not only a startup nation but also a country with a world-class level of university science, especially against the backdrop of unprecedented international challenges and boycotts faced by the Israeli academy after the events of October 7, 2023.

More and more Jews from the diaspora choose Israel for their studies

The high ranking of Israeli universities coincides with another important process: more and more young Jews from the diaspora are coming to study here.
