The film about the events of October 7 is included in the program of the Venice Film Festival

The film “About Dogs and People” by Israeli director Dani Rosenberg, dedicated to the events of October 7, is included in the “Horizons” program of the Venice Film Festival, which takes place annually on the Lido island.

As reported by the NEWSru.co.il website, the main character of the film – sixteen-year-old Dar lost her home and family on October 7, her mother was kidnapped by Hamas terrorists and taken to Gaza. Dar goes to her destroyed native kibbutz to find the only thing that connects her with her past happy life – her beloved dog. According to the plot of the film, the heroine meets her former neighbors, who tell her about what they experienced on October 7, and watches the military operation in Gaza from the border kibbutz.
