The morning of September 1 brought bitter news for Israel: the bodies of six hostages, kidnapped by Hamas terrorists on October 7, were found in the Gaza Strip.

On May 24th a screening was held for the film “Witnesses,”  dedicated to the memory of the Holocaust. The inventive account of the Holocaust is told through stories, following a pair of women’s shoes in a store window, a German Shepherd puppy, and a violin.

On June 17, in the Canadian city of Toronto, the Munk Debates took place, known for their intellectual approach to pressing social issues.
