In Miami, Florida, a new ulpan of the Department for the Promotion of Aliyah has been opened

The Department for the Promotion of Aliyah of the World Zionist Organization (WZO) has opened a new Hebrew class (ulpan) in Miami. The unique feature of this ulpan is that its students are from Latin American countries.

The opening of a Hebrew class for members of the large and significant Spanish-speaking Jewish community in the USA, whose native language is Spanish, is another step towards achieving the goal of our Department: to convey the truth about Israel to every potential repatriate, wherever they may live and whatever language they may speak, and to support them in making the decision to return Home.
